We collect information that you share directly with us (name, email, company, phone, project details) when you request a consultation, download material, or subscribe to updates. We also process technical data such as IP address, device type, browser settings, and analytics events to improve our services.
How we use information
Personal data enables us to respond to enquiries, deliver contracted services, personalise communications, and perform analytics that improve performance and security. We do not sell personal data.
Legal bases
We process data on the basis of legitimate interest (service improvement, security), contract performance, legal obligations (tax, accounting), and consent where required (email marketing, optional cookies).
Sharing & processors

Project records are stored for the duration of the engagement and a maximum of five years after completion unless a longer period is required by law. Marketing consents stay active until you unsubscribe.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or transfer of your personal data. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent at any time.
Security
We implement encryption, role-based access, secure development practices, and continuous monitoring to protect your data. Breach notification procedures are in place according to KVKK and GDPR guidance.
